I drew the bunny on the left and Bruce made that scary mutant bunny to the right. Lol. He printed it out and I think it’s hilarious that if you press Print on Doodle, it prints the picture out with a frame and everything. I just had to see it so he took a photo of the print he made and showed me.
It’s dark, the air is heavy and there’s an ominous feeling about. It’s raining so hard. This night totally matches my feelings right now. If I were an old garment and God is the designer, he must be redoing some parts of me because I feel like I’m being unravelled in certain areas. I just hope I’m strong enough to get out of this just fine, with all the snipped bits connected to to where it should be, the garish details taken off, the frayed ends stitched up properly and the soiled areas washed clean.
I feel like I spent most of today in a line.
First I was at our class Bible Enthronement this morning at the Main Campus. There was a line for going in, for the Communion and the Bible blessing.
Then I went to see Repertory Philippines’ and Little Boy Production’s musical called, “I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change” at the SM Cinema 2.. and that was the longest ever line I had to be waiting at since people from school were there. The play was all about dating and it sort of was like the old-as-time battle between men and women but in the end how they can’t live without each other. It’s comic and very well done. Very deserving actors and actresses.

I didn’t like that little speech the director made BEFORE the start of the show, though. He got all indignant, dramatic- accusing even- for around 5 minutes before he said what he really wanted to say: Please turn your phone ringer off. I mean he could have just said that, but no.. He had to talk about his and the cast’s and the crew’s years of training and that they are all there servicing us viewers for only a small amount of money. I know that. They’re really good. But what did that even have to do with a phone ringing in the middle of the play? I admit that for that to happen would be very rude, distracting and bad but did he really have to go say all that. The connection between his real point and his speech was very puny and it came off as him telling us we are not paying them enough and that we owe them something for their years of training and that we are so so lucky to have them performing for us. Not to be overly crass but , Dude, nobody is forcing you to do anything for anybody. That was your choice. Laudable actors, could have done without the speech.
Me and Mary first went to “Paper Magic” because Lawi said they might have postcards. I’ve been looking for nice postcards here but they’re all either just Philipines scenes or national heroes or just really ugly things like that. Well the ones at magic paper weren’t any better. Outdated grotty photos of celebrities.
Went to Toy Kingdom to see if they had Tamagochis.. And they still do.. Lol. She’s going back for it. It costs Php999.00 which is a surprise to me because I thought it’d be cheaper now that it’s not “in” anymore. I bought this pale pink velvet rose with a pale pink teddy clinging to the stem. Don’t ask why. It just looked really cute. The stem is all wire inside the layers of padding and velvet so you can twist it somewhere to hang. And I saw the CUTEST BUNNY STUFFED TOY. I so WANT one. It’s not scary at all like those big but disproportionate and “just wrong” toys at Blue Magic. This was really adorable despite its size. Well made. So I want it. Lol.
I couldn’t get a nice shot because it wasn’t allowed to take photos.. So, sorry.. Lol.
At Ace we went to to get Mary her thin wire. They did have it but it was their last roll and it looked like it was having a bad hair day.. No, its worst hair day. Lol. It was all twisted and sticking out in all directions when it should be a neat shiny roll of wire. Mary had to get it anyway, no choice. I really wonder how it became like that. Lol.
I was in a line again for a cab. There were about 98 peple in line before my turn. It was raining and all.. The weird thing was, there were SO MANY empty cabs. The line was just really slow because of the policemen trying to traffic the place.. they weren’t doing a good job.
Ooh Ate Trixie arrived today from Singapore with Vito and here he is with my aunt and uncle wearing my bat wings.. lol. I got those from PriceSmart around a year ago.. They’re purple and silver and glittery and adorable on kids and have been used as a prop by many different people.. Lol. And Vito’s a bratty cutie. He’d seriously destroy anything that he can. If he can’t, he’ll go off looking for other things to destroy.. lol. And what is wrong with me. I can’t take proper pictures today. Lol. All of them just suck.. wonder why.
Oh and yesterday, me and Lawi went around Ayala.. I got this really nice black metal headband with pink ionno-what-sort stones set like ribbons but they’re really sparkly. I think this will be my new thing. Ultra-thin-almost-invisible headbands with interesting stuff on it. So anyone who wants to give me a present, gimme a headband.. Hee. THIN ones preferably with sparkly stones. Doesn’t matter what colour but i love pink *big grin*
